FEATURES

• Touch-screen operator interface provides a concise point of control for all processes.

• Operator choice of manual control or integrated 12 step ramp/soak style recipes.

• Overview screen displays all of the setpoints and actual conditions of process variables.

• PID temperature control through the PLC. The PIDs feature one touch autotuning.

• Motor speed has a soft ramp on startup and between setpoint transitions. Motors can be run using “open loop” control if desired.

• Capability of integrating one or two Mass Flow Controllers.

• Controls MagneDrive motors up to ½ HP via closed loop or external signal.

• Temperature control through Type-J or Type-K thermocouples at up to 30A current. The user can configure for either ºC or ºF.

The ability to automatically control and monitor any device associated with the reactor can be joined with an optional PC using Watchtower® software for data acquisition and control to make the Sentinel Controller the most valuable tool in the lab.

Up to four Sentinel Controllers can be integrated onto a single supervisory workstation computer using Autoclave Engineer’s Watchtower software
package.
