FEATURES

• Torque capacity is suitable for optional geared motor & large impellers used to mix materials with high viscosity & specific gravity
  
  
• Torque capacity & maximum speed varies by model between 284 to 710 inch-lbs (32 to 80 N-m) 1,300 to 1,700 rpm; respectively
  
  
• All models have a 3,000 psig (207 bar) pressure rating @ 650°F (343°C) temperature & a 1.50" (38 mm) diameter shaft
  
  
• Standard material for all models is 316SS; other chemical resistant alloys are available upon request
  
  
• Rare earth, permanent magnets provide consistent, high performance for any process for an indefinite time
  
  
• Cooling jacket protects the magnets & bearings from "eddy current" heat in high speed operation & from high process temp
  
  
• Integrally mounted tachometer sensor over the mixer shaft allows true closed loop rotational speed control
  
  
• Purge fitting flushes chemical /petrochemical residues from earlier reactions out of the MagneDrive^® to control cross-contamination
